recently bought a Nikon D40 so went for a test run here are some of my results

these shots were taken with the Nikon DX 18 - 55 lens that came with the camera, I also have a Sigma 55 - 200

My only comment is holy crap those are some nice shots. I just got my D60 a few days ago and took it out yesterday. Hope to post up some shots later on. I'm thankful for the folks that talked me into DSLR and a Nikon. The two lenses that came with it really do capture some nice, clear images( your pics are proof enough! )

thanks for sharing - those are great shots of an often fidgety target!
