Help - Print PSE 6 Albums Online

I am becoming so frustrated with PSE 6 and their organizer. I have photos in a number of different folders tagged as a common gallery. Now I want to print this gallery using snapfish. But since all pictures do not reside in one folder there is no way to point snapfish to all photos. (works great using pse 6 & Kodak integrated solution, photos were not good at all)

Second you are not able to copy photos into a new directory. For this case, and label it print photos, then point snapfish to a single directory and upload.

I must be missing something. It should not be this restricting.
