My Photos Are OK to Edit

New here, posting some of my work...
I bought my D40 kit a few months ago, thinking that I just wanted a camera that would take good pictures and give me full control when I wanted it. For a price that was lower than some high-end point-and-shoots, I figured an entry level DSLR was the best buy for me anyway.
Little did I realize that it would develop into a time-and-wallet-consuming hobby. I should have known better with my history for liking anything pretty with buttons  So, since I've already posted some critiques, I guess I'd better post some of my stuff
