I like the heavy grain, but what is the emergency? the light pole seems like an arrow pointing at the person walking by. is that the emergency?

A nicely angular composition overlaid with a certain urban grimness! The B&W and grain add to the effect.

I agree.

I simply love a photographer who does not own a camera.....how cool is that?

Thanks all, This is on the edge of the University of Georgia Tech campus. The campus has it's own police and this is a call button to call them. The dorms are just to the left of where I shot from. !-75 runs under this overpass. Again Thanks.
