My Photos Are OK to Edit
VERY nice image, but not fussed on the treatment. A straight monochrome conversion would be fine, but I don't like the IR effects or the 'foggy' vignette

I think if it was a whimsical feel that you were after, then you have succeeded.
Only suggestion I might have for next time is try to have your subject/model turned slightly more toward the camera, just so the viewer can see a little more of the face.
