Question A question about adding frames in PS 7.0

How do you add a frame without overlapping the actual photo with the added frame without have to create an empty background then drag the photo into it and so on lol thats how I do it now and its time consuming ^^

any answers and help will be appreciated

Don't know specifically about PS7 but I would imagine enlarge the canvas and the add the frame. Just saves the drag and drop.

I'd agree that it is a bit daft not having an option to automatically expand the canvas to allow for the borders. And an offset would be nice.
