citric acid recipes
I've still got a box of citric acid sitting around doing nothing from when I was going to make bath bombs but never did. It says it can be used in cooking so... anyone got any suggestions? I can't be arsed to make jam. Anyone know any sites where you can put in an ingredient and it'll search for recipes which including it? Or any other suggestions as to what I can do with it? Keep it clean...
And why? Why is so so fecking hard to find malt extract? I'll have to wait until tomorrow to make my malt loaves now. Grrr.

If you do film processing and printing, citric acid makes a very good stop bath.

I heard about that somewhere in the darkroom forum. I wouldn't want to mess around right now. Besides, photography is for geeks and freaks. You wouldn't catch me doing that kind of thing.
