Cameras that didn't need to be programed to make a shutter sound... Cars with tail fins...15 cent hamburgers.... soda fountains... people who you blindly believed, because they didn't care whether you did or not.

I did and I don't disagree with anyone, but I have come to the conclusion that photography (like the people pulling the triggers) is a enigma within a mystery surrounded by people in white coats.

but seriously whatever happened to being able to go to the playground with your camera and just make pictures of kids. These days you would have six parents beating on you and two cops registering you as a pervert. I know we have to be vigiliant but it is sad to see innocence pass. We have gotten to be a mean suspecious people. Yes i know the world is mean, but it's still sad that it has come to this.

I refuse to join the 21 century. I shoot cameras from the fifties and I am working on my time machine prototype in my spare time. The time I had before I joined this site.

Ah, the Wonderful 50's when we lived with the daily possibility of an all-out nuclear war, Racial segregation was just the way things were, sexual equality was a funny joke and we didn't know about Government cover-ups because they were covered up.
