    B&W with one Color Object

I started shooting a lot more B&W recrently and have a couple of picture I would like to leave B&W with the exception of one or two objects in the picture. I have PS 7.0 presently, and wondering if anyone can help me out!! I have seen picture with a monochone or B&W background and a part or piece of the picture with full color. How is that done? By the way, I shoot in RAW.

    Thanks

Either desaturate and use the history brush to bring back color or duplicate the background layer, desaturate, and erase through the top layer where you want color.
