    movies and tv havent been the same since i started doing this and looking at the bokeh.
    I think you mean depth-of-field, rather than bokeh.

    Outside of the lighting which is obviously a ring light, I think I know how to get a somewhat similar effect.

    There's a treatment called "Urban Acid" which is a good base point.
    But once the image is acidified, you delete the "muted colors" layer.
    Then add a photo filter adjustment layer and choose a single color at:
    R-245
    G-225
    B-152
    With density of 10%.
    Set it blend mode to luminosity and adjust the opacity to suit.

    Another method would be to blur the lightness channel in LAB mode to get the bloom effect and play with the blend mode and opacity to bring down the clipping.
    The "glow" is being caused by blurring of the clipping IMO.


    I used the "urban acid" treatment.
