Hi,
can anybody suggest me a monitor calibration freeware software?

Freeware? You need more than software. To do it accurately, you need a device that attaches to the monitor to read its values. The cheapest one you can buy is a USB Spyder from Pantone. If you have photoshop installed, you can use Adobe Gamma.

Yes, I know, but I thougth there is a small app which tells you how to change the monitor settings based on your (eyes') feeback.

like matt said if you have photoshop you can use adobe gamma, based on what your eye sees. Not sure if you can obtain it without photoshop tho

It should get you at least a decent way there.
