i think a frontal view could be better. also v-composition doesn't convince me too much because of the grass: i mean a more balanced sky-grass picture.
the white sky is ok and also the bw on the building. the grass is quite bright but it doesn't really matter.

Your main subject - the building, gets lost inbetween the blown out sky and the grass in the foreground. The image looks like its over sharpened too. I think in this case the building would stand out more if the image were in color, especially with its grafitti decoration.
