    I like it.

    You might improve it by cropping it to square format. To me, a lot of that area behind the gulls detracts attention from the subject.

    That railing in the background seems to be off-level, but the horizon and everything else in the picture seem to be right. I don't know what to make of that. Is the railing really not level, or is it maybe an effect of the lens you were using?

    The rail was on a small incline and I was standing at the lower end of it. The only thing that I can see that is distracting is the 2 signs. Thanks for your input!

    My eyes go straight to the background. I would crop the railing before it bends, giving the railing the impression that it goes on forever.
