Sorry, I can't make out what this image is trying to mean or show me.

No need to apologize Lew. I don't know what it means either, but it seems to do something for me, although like a lot of what I do it doesn't seem to do anything for most of the viewers.

Late to comment, but I really like this image. I think this is my favourite of yours (so far).
It does look like a partially remembered dream, it's very disjointed and the last three letters look like the word "woe" to me. It has a Salvador Dali like feeling.
Nicely done.~Serena~

Thanks BlackSheep. "Woe" didn't occur to me - I was just thinking of the lettering as an obscured message - thanks for spotting that.

I really like it! I can see the story here! But this is more of an abstract/modernistic shot, so don't tell unpopular!

It looks like a work in mixed media. Was this collection of objects pure serendipity or did you position any of the elements before making the exposure?
I'm more of a realist myself but I think this is interesting by the effect it has on my mind. I keep trying to make things out of it and for some reason it has a nautical feel to me. Go figure.

Thanks Troutwind and pixmedic.
No, Troutwind, I didn't move a thing, although I'm not averse to doing so if it suits the image. I usually find interesting things to photograph and the biggest decision while shooting is how to frame them. I like reading about what people see in these images.
