    There are clipped items along the bottom of a heavily PPed sign.

    I like the subject matter, but for my taste I'd like to see more mid-tones and less contrast; maybe bring up more detail in the shadow areas, and perhaps tone down the sky a little. I'd shoot for a less "hollow" histogram.

    I'm a noobie so take it with a grain of salt.

    I'm not sure what you were going for here. If its about the sign, then I'd suggest cropping the shot right at the bottom of the sign or the very front egde of the roof. If its about an old building then I'd suggest showing the whole building. Right now there are two things going on here, the sign and the building\foreground, neither of which is really getting full billing.
