Just sent payment. The guy said that there is limited internet in Nigeria so that's why he isn't responding much. Also, no Paypal in Nigeria so he asked me to wire him the money instead. And for the hassle he gave me $300 off! So I wired him $1000 which is a great deal IMO. He even paid for shipping! Shipping from Nigeria apparently gives no tracking number but that's okay for this price. We're also pending sale for his 24-70 for just $900.
