i just recieved a e-mail from the shop that has my AE1 and was told it can not be repaired, so... I switching to digital a little sooner that planed. I am going to sell some of my film equipment to cover a little of the conversion cost.

^^Same here.. I'm not so interested in the Power Winder as I am in any FD glass you might have. I'm currently the 3rd-generation user of an AE-1 and am constaltly hungry for new lenses!
