    Focus...

    Is this picture to out of focus to be salvaged?

    From a purely technical point of view there is only one answer to your question:

    Yes, it is.

    From your personal view, this may still be way too endearing to you to throw this away and you can easily overlook all its technical flaws just because you like the subjects (hidden) smile so much.

    There is something about this image that it feels as though it is alright being a little soft. I think with the color tone it works well. Without seeing the same image in focus I would venture to say I might like it better a little soft.

    It depends upon what you plan to use it for. The morther or family members probably would not care unless this is a commercial shot. If it is a commercial shot outside of family usage there are other issues anyway.
