PS redfield fractalius help

For those of you who have the plug in redfield fractalius for photoshop, I'm having issues...I guess.

Ok, I just downloaded it, installed it into PS. Tried it out and when I go to save it (by hitting the check mark), it starts the "progress" and gets half way threw it and kinda freezes. Not freezing my computer, but the line stops moving type of "freezes".

Does this take a L-O-N-G time to process? I mean like over 15 minutes? I've actually hit cancel a few times and started over and it does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated from any users of this program.
