I spend too much of my life on TPF!
Calibrating an LCD Monitor?
There are plenty of programs out there for calibrating CRT monitors (Adobe Gamma being the most prevalent), but most of these don't work with LCD monitors. Are there any good programs or tests to use on LCDs? I find that I'm getting reasonable performance out of my Dell 2001FP (settings tweaked by hand until I thought they looked right), but an actual calibration tool couldn't hurt.

Been spending a lot of time on here!
I used a ColorVision Spyder2 to calibrate my dual LCDs at work.
The one negative thing I've found with most "inexpensive" LCDs is they do not offer the contrast range to properly set black and whitepoint, where a CRT will do so fairly easily.
