Candy
I had a little late night snack and it looked intriguing. I want to try it again with some different lighting and black background.
Please leave C&C!
Thanks

You can do it the cheap MS Paint way:
Note the dimensions of your picture. Then decide on how many pixels you want your border (10, 20, etc. - 10 is fine).
Create a new paint document by adding the number of pixels of your border to the dimensions of your picture: For example if you have a 800x600 photo, you create a new document with 810x610 for a 10 pixel border.
Copy and paste your image into the new document and while its still selected, position it where you want. If the picture is so big that you would have to scroll to get it right, just position it by looking at the upper-left corner. . .if it seems even on the top and the side of the upper-left, itll be even on all other four sides.
Save file. Voila. Border.
