I assembled this kit shortly after his death and gave it away. Just the other day I got it back to take some photos of it. Given that fact I don't know when I'll get the oppertunity again I had to improvise on lighting as my lamps are toast.

Boy, this was really fun looking at all the different photos. It brought back a lot of memories.

A thousand years ago, right after I graduated from high school, I got a job with a company that built models. We built mostly architectural scale models but we also did some other types as well. We built models for TV commercials and also had a contract with Cessna to build models of some of their new airplanes. That was a great job.

I have not built a scale model in years. Looking at these photos makes me want to run out and buy one and start up again.

Yeah, this one is the last one I finished, I have so many loafin around my room that are at various stages of completion. I figured I would show it partly in the hopes it would give mt the inspiration and the confidence to finish a dew of what I have loafin around.
