Not bad, Littleman! I was able to get about the same results using my Z3's super macro mode (no reversed lens added, just the stock lens). I can only imagine how small I could go with either an additional lens (reversed) or an actual add-on macro lens. Either way, here's my attempt at the same shot as you, although I think your's is a tiny bit more clear than mine -

I currently own a Canon EOS 300V with f4-5.6 28-90mm
Now have some Triplus Extension Tubes and a Canon MKI (metal) f1.8 50mm lens
