    Product photos

    As the title suggests, product photos, my first attempt at doing some nice product photos...and it hasnt gone well...

    I like to comply with TPF rules!

    Try a second light source as well as your white balance to eliminate the yellow cast.

    For the camera...it's not all in focus. It looks as though the DOF is very thin and bisects the camera...(both near & far areas are soft). Try stopping down to F16-F22 and using a tri-pod, if you're not already.

    As mentioned, a 2nd light source to light up the shadow on the near side of the subject, would be nice.

    I think the XS product photo is good! but i think it needs to be slightly turned forwards so everyone can clearly read the main logo / title! Good Job!
