From My D800

I have not used the D800 much, actually only a few times. I mostly do concert photography, but I am practicing in other environments. I am not an accomplished photographer, and would like to get some advice on what I could of done to improve my shots. Any advice will help me as I head forward. Your C&C is much appreciated.

I like the first one, but the last one is not great looks worse than what a D40 with a very cheap lens would take
