Thank you Duncanp for your suggestion. I had to spin the blades with my finger and since they only stayed in motion for about a second the timing was tricky, but I finally got lucky. The blur on the left is my hand not quite getting out of the way in time. I don't mind it so much because it suggests a window curtain.
