Love the third.
A boy can learn a lot from a dog: obedience, loyalty, and the importance of turning around three times before lying down. - Robert Benchley

The third one is really nice, the first two have a sort of offsetting blur. My eye is led in from the left at the wood, then goes up the pole and it lead out wondering what's pulling on it. Then staring at the center of the mass with all the entangling ropes, it feels like the scale is different than it should be, almost like I can grab the mass and pull out of the water with my hand. But that's just me
There is always a better way, you just need the determination to look for it.
