I'm not responsible for my photographs. Photography is not documentary, but intuition, a poetic experience. It's drowning yourself, dissolving yourself, and then sniff, sniff, sniff – being sensitive to coincidence. You can't go looking for it; you can't want it, or you won't get it. First you must lose your self. Then it happens. -Henri Cartier-Bresson

Ooo, really like the first and second shots! The clouds in the first really add punch to the shot, and I like how you composed it with the railing of the boat showing in one corner. In the second one...the Statue of Liberty is such an icon, and the clouds all seem to emanate from it. Plus the Circle Line boat crossing the path of the boat you're on, and the well-known skyline in the background all combine to make a lovely shot.
