First official shoot this weekend
It's a portfolio building shoot. They arent paying for the session but will be buying prints along with the free 8x10 I am including with is part of the deal.
Already have my modeling contract ready. It's at the beach, family of 5. They are neighbors and our sons play together. I'm still a bit nervous but excited!Nikon D300

Does your contract include something about the minors?
A shoot at the beach can be tricky. Watch the water reflections and the sand, both of which can fool your sensor. Are you bringing a reflector?
I was soooooooo excited when I did my first portfolio building shoot. Try to get some good sleep the night before (I didn't) and try to relax (hard, but eventually you will get in the zone).

Not bringing a reflector (don't have one). I am bringing my flash and am gonna use that for some of the pictures. And yes, the contract does include a section about the minors

If you don't have a reflector, get a piece of foam core board (any craft store sells it).
