    Learning PP

I want to learn how to edit photos. Everyone talks about curves and levels. Where is a good place to start learning?

YouTube is actually a very good resource for this too.

Just run a search for "PP in (your software here)", or "(your software) tutorial", etc...

You can find videos on there that show you how to do pretty much anything you want. All you have to do is plug the right search terms in there.

I like learning editing techniques from books.

Online tutorials are good, but difficult to peruse when I do most of my reading which is just before I go to sleep at night.

It turns out I have some of my used image editing books for sale:

    FS: Editing instruction books

Lynda.com is pretty good but paying monthly gets kind of expensive.

I joined the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and just pay $99 once a year.

NAPP's member web site has a couple of thousand online tutorials, a members only Photoshop forum frequented by many photoshop experts, and you get 8 monthly issues of Photoshop user magazine.

A real treat is all the varied discounts NAPP members get.

Visit www.photoshopuser.com to check it out, and if you decide to join, please use my referral link: https://www.photoshopuser.com/signup/?aid=luhgxq&code=friend

which is also down there in my siggy ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
