Upgrade Question - LR and PS

I have CS4 and Lightroom 2. I just upgraded to CS5.

Should I upgrade to LR3????

I'm thinking not, unless you can talk me into it. It's only 100 bucks but there's not a TON of better stuff..... I'm having trouble with this huge decision.

for the enhanced NR, and the NR alone, i'd be willing to spend the extra 100 bucks

even tho i already have topaz denoise, the built in NR is almost as good and speeds up the work flow a lot
