How do I do this? For photoshop CS2

Hey guys. I'm wondering if there is a way to do something to a picture, like.. do alot of work on it, and save it and do the same thing on anothre picture.. but have it like one click and have it do all the other work I just did... get what I'm saying?

    Work on photo 1
    Done with photo 1
    Open photo 2
Click a button that does all the work I just did on photo 1

    Got it?

    Actions

Open up your actions pallette and when you are ready to begin the alterations, press the 'record' button. Once you've completed your final step, press stop. Then save the action with a name that will help you remember what actions you took.

After you open up the 2nd picture, find the saved action in your action pallette, click on it and click 'play'. This will perform the same corrections you did to the 1st image.
