Problems with noise ninja 2

I shoot all my photos in raw the i convert in light room and if needed i export them as a TIFF and use noise ninja to remove any noise but when i open them the colours look horrible, theyre all desaturated and i dont understand why because when i open them in photoshop and windows fax/file viewer they look fine.

hm. so that's what noise ninja does. we have that program but we never use it. hah, guess i know why now..
