    very nice! careful though, them Amanitas can be toxic little fellas

    I used to find them around this time of year in canada too, so pretty. you got any pine or alder trees near you by chance?

    No, just willow and poplar...

    First time I've seen them here in twenty five years, we have been having an unusual summer though, rain wise. No April showers, very little in May and June and unusually cool temp's through July and August.
