    Looks like you had a good score down here in our Bird filled State!

    Yes that is a tri-colored Heron

    Yes that is a Red Bellied WoodPecker (female). The top of the Males head would be all red

    Eric - ty and I WAS tickled to see so many. There were other varieties that I didn't put up. I'll be giving that new Bird Book a once over to find out what they are.

    Marc - I'll give it a go. That was taken from a pier and because of the lighting he was pretty dark. I pulled what I could from the shadows and totally ignored his head. Thank you.
