My Morning Cappucchino
Gotta highly recommend these new single serving coffee machines like Dolce Gusto, Tassimmo, or Kurieg. I have the Dolce Gusto but dont recommend it because of very limited variety of drinks. Kurieg has tons to choose from.
I like the way it layers my cappucchino.

I'm starting to put a food blog together, and one thing I've learned is to always make two plates, otherwise I rush my shots! :-)

The top white section on the drink is milk froth. It was higher as I started but by the time it got shot it sagged a bit. Getting the spot where you plan to shoot set up first is key. Then just make the drink, and move it to the spot and shoot quickly. This was a quick call after I made the coffee. So after it was made I grabbed a couple of sheets of letterhead and propped them on a box which was sitting on my computer chair beside the window which was my light source. A lot of time wasted which caused the froth to drop.
