I bought my dream D7000 last Saturday after saving for a year. I disposed my D80 + 18-135 kit lens for D7000 + 18-55mm + 50mm 1.8.

D7K is approx 40% cheaper than what it was a year ago. The $ is definitely well spent. I will be getting a 55-300mm soon.
Then I'll start saving again for a 105mm macro.

Wanna ask a question. Is it normal that the color reproduction of the camera/ lens is never the same like the original? The red color of the above flower looks faded as compared with the original flower. I have to pp it to make it closer to the original.
