Oh. All three are definitely more than just snapshots, I should say.
No. 1 presents some very beautiful colours and colour gradients and exposure is really good (tripod?), with what you say about No. 2 you are absolutely right, sometimes less is more , and No. 3 is also very interesting with a good DOF. Well done!
