For The Birds
This is my first attempt at birds with the new camera. Well, that I have been willing to post. Everything else turns out blurry.

Thanks for looking...

This was with my Panasonic Lumix LZ2 point and shoot. I had to walk up pretty close and the closer I got the more surprised I was that they didnt fly away. They just looked at me like I was nuts.

lmao.. well, it's no secret that a DSLR and a 300mm+ lens is what you need, but this is a good shot considering your equipment. Even my cam and 400mm lens is not enough sometimes.. wishing I had a Sigmonster lots of times!! (300-800mm @ 6,000 $$$ CND)

It definately is. Im still waiting to win the lottery to pick one up
Until then I have to rely on my ability (or lack of) to sneak up on the birds. This is the first time its worked, despite not actually sneaking up on them.
