good job with these jth, i like the close up 3, 5 is cool and man those things grow TALL....like in 7&9, the bird in the last shot is good also

The last 2 with the closeup of the stalks are beautiful. I like the comp on these alot..All those little green buds bursting forth with yellow flowers must be something else..Nice series!

JTH, those are rockin' shots! thanks for providing the links. Can't believe all the ones where you got stop-action on the wings. I'm looking forward to sticking a hummingbird feeder in my garden plot this summer and seeing if I can get some decent shots.

those from the summer were too easy... i had about 20 birds fighting over one feeder and they weren't that skiddish... i think i have a snapshot of one perched on the bill of my cousin's baseball cap...
