    Love the first two...how do you get such contrast on your B&Ws? If it's dodging and burning, what guidelines d0 you use (my attempts ususally look like cr@p).

    Thanks everyone.
    Tips about B&W conversion.... well it's a matter of personal taste.

    I do it different every time, but usually it works with playing with individual colours curves and then monochroming via channel mixer between red and blue. Then dodging and burning if I feel the need.
    I have no set way of converting.

    Burn and dodge are your friend aswell.
    When used properly.... anyway

    I'm actually starting to get good at burning and dodging in the darkroom aswell, so I guess thats giving me extra understanding.
