Gorgeous - how much editing was done?

It looks like that the foreground has had a lot of work, and I wonder if the sky too, but I will wait to hear what he says. Anyhow this picture is really nice and very original.

This picture was taking in raw format.
I took the raw file and extracted from it two exposures - one with good sky and one with good foreground.
I combined this two exposures in PS, added a little bit contrast and thats it...
