The sepia one looks timeless. Very nice.
What camera do you work with?
It was having some problems exposing for both the sky and the ground ... which makes me guess you work with the compact camera? (Not that a DSLR would have had less problems, but with that and shooting RAW you could have become "creative" in the pp).
Anyhow, the amount of green is fascinating (of course!!!), but I find you always include too much sky, the horizon line is barely above the very centre in 2 and 3, and I am not too fond of that. Plus it contributes to your camera's problems with the dynamics, which could have been half excluded if you had composed for more ground and less sky. Exposure would have been easier and less "under" for the ground part.

Its a Kodak Easyshare C743 so yes, it is compact LOL .
Ive been doing a little post processing on the pics to improve the contrast also recently.

The wine barels rock. Great capture. Great tone.
Any criticisms I may have are given tongue-in-cheek, (sort of), so take them with a grain of salt. Besides, you should see the crap I shoot.

I love the sepia shot of the barrels! Looks like a really classic, old time shot.
