    Fox mania -- critique requested

    I think I have it

    Well got another change at the British Wildlife Centre and after a long long walk to the place found it at last! Another bright and sunny day - though at some points I was wishing for a little cloud cover - sunlight is tricky at the higher points of the day. Anyway here is some of the fox shots I managed to get;
    all taken with Canon 400D, canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS and 1.4 teleconverter

    f8, ISO 100, 1/50sec

    Thanks - I agree I was wishing for some cloud cover as it was just so bright - worst part was when I got the best exposures of them - all I got was the backside of one as he was sleeping!

    1 & 2 suffer with the old shadows across the face, the bane of my life!

    3 has the other wildlife photographers friend, blades of bloody grass across the face.

    4 is spot on

    5 is very nice but it would of been better without the twigs in the background on the left but hey what can you do about that? Its not like you can ask the fox to pose somewhere else

    6 well Im just not keen on the pose but thats just me

    but on the whole very good

    Gone

    Thanks LP!
    have to say the last I just like as he looks like he is trying to howl like a wolf - yet in reality he was just scratching an ear - I have thought about cropping so that its a more portrate shot than a landscape aspect shot
