    Windy Storm C&C please

This was a tornadic storm north of Oklahoma City from last month.
This is also from a bridge P&S Lumix camera..I have seen the same picture from my friends DSLRs and there is a big light difference.

How can I improve this? or just improve my weather photography for the next chase? Any technical things I need to remember?

    Thanks for looking!
