    banded mongoose

    1 of the old dudes in my study population of banded mongoose in Queen Elisabeth National Park in Uganda, this old boy is almost 10... ...very old for mongoose

    as for the photo i can't say much, i'm neither put off or impressed, it doesn't really evoke emotion in me, however for your memories sake i'm sure it will suffice.

    BUT, about Uganda I am rather curious how you like it? My sister spent some time there and loved it.
