The distraction caused by shooting through the fence does not work for me.
    Just some of my thoughts...

I was actually only shooting through foliage, but thanks... kind of hard to position for a shot at the zoo, but I did the best I could.

I know the feeling - always a pain, especailly I find for the bigcats where often they have a barrier before the enclosure wire so you can't get close enough to lose the wire in the shot.

Also I was interested to see the name Panther there - because it looked like a puma/cougar to me - turns out it has many such names including mountain lion

yep, they have many names, but in the end, they're all just a big cat that can ruin your day if you see it in the wild!
