    Tree Frog

A tree frog hopped in through the door to my place the other day and hopped up on the wall and stuck there. I figured he was there for a portrait session, so I obliged...

I saw thw thread on Monday, but couldn't view the images because of work and then forgot.

Nicely done Buckster. Quite a patient model you have there. I think #2 is my favorite because of the background, but gotta ask. WTF is that growing on the wall beside the frog?

LOL! The rock and it's "growth" are a fake aquarium decoration I picked up at Wally-world for these shots. He's patient because he couldn't get out of the temporary terrarium he was in. I set him free again after the shoot.

    Excellent shot!

I see there is another light source in the photo as well as the flash, what was that?

    Thank you kindly!

I bounced the flash off a reflector slightly above and behind the frog, just out of frame, to get that.

I love the clarity and detail of the frog!! I'm just so interested in the surface that he is on... why so bumpy and oddly green? What is that?

    I liked #2 the most.
Regal bearing and sidelighting all come together nicely in that one!
