I like the first & last, they have the feel of old, time worn film prints.
The moose shot (is it smiling?) is terribly underexposed. This is not surprising because most of the scene is white snow, and when your scene is mostly white snow (or anything bright), the camera's meter will be tricked and it will underexpose the image (in any of the auto modes). The key to overcoming this, is to realize that the camera's meter is always trying to expose for a middle grey (mid toned) exposure...so if your scene is a lot brighter than middle grey, it will underexpose....and if it's a lot darker than middle grey, it will overexpose. So once you know that, you can change your exposure away from the camera's suggestions, either by using manual mode or using exposure compensation. In this case, I would have tried an exposure that was +1 2/3.
