    Odd colored mushrooms

    I recently copied some color slides I took some 30 years ago of some oddly colored mushrooms:





    I recall after I took them, I found some info on the green ones in a library book (this was before the Internet!), but don't recall any specifics on them. Does anyone have suggestions on web sites that might be able to provide info on the strange colors? I did a Google search, but came up with nothing that helped.

    Recall I took these photos with my Canon A-1 and a Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm zoom in front of a bellows unit, so the mushrooms are quite small. Off camera flash was used with the green ones.

    I'm not sure of any info on these, but I like the photos.

    Do you rememeber the location of these shots?

    The general area, but not the specific location. I was, after all in September of 1980. I've never been back to the area, which isn't all that far from where I live. Got there because some other camera club members knew the spot.

    wow awesome pictures! those mushrooms don't look very safe to eat though!! you might die, or start tripping! hah
